$1 to $15+ million (will consider larger acquisitions depending on the location and type of asset)

  • Single or Multi-Tenant Properties
  • Will consider properties with short term leases, particularly if there are value add opportunities (deferred maintenance, below market rental rates, re-positioning or redevelopment potential)
