VanRock purchased this dated office building and kicked off renovations immediately. During the course of ownership, VanRock completely updating the building with a new common area, installed a new roof, significant site improvements including but not limited to landscaping, parking lot and site signage. Upon stabilizing the asset, VanRock sold it to an investor looking for stable cashflow.
